My speedometer is very erratic when I start my car and when it is sitting still until the car is in motion and it goes back to normal. When the car sits still, needle moves erratically and sometimes goes all the way to 120 mph and cuts car off. Problem persists until car is in motion or car warms up to normal temp. Also, the mustang struggles when accelerating when cold(kind of a sputtering feeling) It is my only car so please help ASAP!

Have the vehicle speed sensor checked. Chances are that is where the problem is coming from.
