1999 cobra cvt 5 spd. Excessive noise from front suspension/wheels when driving over bumps and cracks in pavement. All anti-niose clips in place on brake pads. WHat might be the cause?

check for loose suspension parts (ball joints, tie rods, ect.)
also check the stabilizer links a little play in these will cause a lot of noise over bumps
