1998 Ford Mustang mustang runs hot at idle

i have a 98 mustang that needs the A/C running so it won't over-heat in traffic, while at the stop-light or sign the temperture guage will significantly increase, then when start driving it will go back down to normal range...

The fan radiator might not be coming On -maybe a problem with the coolant temperature sensor/engine temperature sender/relay/computer or the fan motor itself-
