1998 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

How do I replace the flasher on my Mustang? The turn signals don't work, neither does the emergency flasher. Thanks in advance for your help.

the flasher is located behind the dash, on the rear of the instrument panel fuse panel. pull it out just like a fuse to replace it .
