Odometer quit working and cruise control. I'm not sure if they are tied together or not. It may be something as simple as fuse but I bought the car second hand and do not have the manual for it. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

I have looked at both wiring diagrams. There two parts that are essential to both circuits. Fuse #6 15amps and also the vehicle speed sensor. But the speed sensor is also used for the speedometer. You didn't say if the speedometer not working, just the odometer. So I would check the fuse, then the speed sensor.
