1994 Ford Mustang high idle speed

Engine idles at 3000 rpm in park replaced idle censor. Mass air flow. Engine mangement ignition unit on the side of trottle body what else cause's this problem? Please help if you have any ideals

High idle is caused by unmetered air entering the system somewhere. It can be a severe vacuum leak, a throttle plate not sealing properly in the throttle bore, worn throttle shafts or sticking IAC. You will have to determine which one it is.
