how do you adjust parking brake, mine does not have an adjusting nut like others do

It is equipped with an adjustment nut..Make sure the parking brake is fully released. Place the transmission in N . Raise and safely support the vehicle. Tighten the adjusting nut against the cable equalizer, causing rear wheel brake drag. Loosen the adjusting nut until the brakes are fully released; the wheel should spin with no drag. Lower the vehicle and check the operation of the parking brake.
