1993 Ford Mustang flooding

i have gas spitting out the tail pipe i know its getting fire because it has new plugs and plug wires and i checked the fire on each one , also i took it to a shop and had the computer hooked to it and it showed (snap throttle)
im stumped im thinking its either the IAC or the TPS anyway to check if they are bad

Check the fuel pressure could be excessive or an injector/s or pressure regulator problem.
