after starting engine, I realize that I have to toggle the ignition cylinder back and jiggle it with the key to get the fan and blinkers working. Bad circuit, but do I need to replace the switch or ignition cylinder?
and is there a proper technique to doing it?

thanks

Probably the switch, unless the key binds while turning?
