1989 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200K miles

A Week ago I changed my fuel pump, and since then It would stay on for a while afther i would turn off the car but yesterday night it never when off and ate all of my battery? what could be happening?

Replace the fuel pump relay in the underhood relay center...
