WHEN I GIVE THE CAR GAS A MISTY/WHITE SMOKE COMES OUT OF THE TAIL PIPES REALLY STRONG GAS SMELL, CAR IDLES ROUGH AND BACKFIRES ALSO. CAR SAT IDLE FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE I STARTED WORKING ON IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT MAY BE CAUSING THIS?

Injectors could be leaking and also the pressure regulator or a clogged return line
