Steering problem
1967 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

after installing an aftermarket resirculating ball type power steering box on this mustang I started the engine and the steering wheel spun lock to lock until I turned the engine off do I have the high pressure line hooked to the wrong port on the box?

usually you can't switch the lines due to different size threaded ports When that happens what you describe i'd try to turn it and see if it turns hard, ifit does the box may be bad. Or at least the control valve in the box....
