STARTS FIRST TME IN MORNING.AFTER THAT ,WHEN WARM WILL ONLY START BY HOLDING THE KEY AND FOOT ON ACCELORATOR TOGETHER

Is the MIL (malfunction indicator light) showing on the dash display .. if so have the vehicles computer read for fault codes !!
