i've changed rubber gaiters as one was split and also changed the power steering pump, topped with fluid but the gaiters are just filling with the fluid?

HI there,

The rack end seal is faulty, probably the bushings and the rack valving is also faulty, I would get a change over rack, that will be the cheapest option as re building a power steering rack at home in not really an option.
