I HAVE A NOISE LIKE A WHINEWHEN I GET TO 50 BUT GOES AGAIN AT 60 , NCOULD IT BE A BEARING OR DRIVE SHAFT , OR MAYBE GEARBOX , BUT NOISE NOT THERE ALL TIME

It could be any of the things you mentioned ... have a tech test drive the vehicle ... diagnosis is usually free !!
