Heater problem
1997 Ford Mondeo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

When i turn my heaters on the heat comes out then somethink behind the dash shuts the air flow coming to the cockpit, what might this be????

does the blower stop all together or is it blowing cold air ?
