1995 Ford Mondeo feels like clutch slipping

Transmission problem
1995 Ford Mondeo 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have an automatic 95 mondeo (rhd) feels like the clutch is slipping, and won't pull away in D. can use 1, then 2 and then at about 30mph put it into D and is fine till i slow again.
checked transmission fluid, coming up light brown.
any ideas?

brown fluid is burn't fluid .. you need to have the transmission rebuilt and torque convertor replaced
