My question is theoretical:

At 3000 rpm, how many power & induction strokes occur and what is the speed of these strokes in seconds?

The camshaft is turning half of what the crankshaft is doing to complete the 4cyl strokes it takes 720 degs of crank rotation to turn the Camshaft 1 full revolution-You figure the rest of the mathematics-Good question

I made the answer to be 6000 Power strokes for all the 4 cylinders with an estimated time of 1 hundreth of a second per stroke. Would this be correct?
