If you switch on the ignition the dash lights come on as well as the red light next to the clock. If you turn the key to start the red light on the clock start flickering very fast and no reaction to start. I previously had the same problem but noticed that the fuel pump is not coming in I bypassed the wire and it was fine. Is there a way that I can bypass the immobilizer?

Hi,

If I understand, when you turn the key to the start position, the lights flicker. Have you checked to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight? Also, is the battery in good condition as well as the main ground between the battery and engine block?

One last question. When you say no reaction, do you mean the starter doesn't engage?

Here are some general links that explain how to test the battery as well as battery terminals. It sounds like you have a weak connection at some point.

If the starter does engage but the engine fails to start, take a look through this link.

Let me know.
