1979 Ford Granada headlights won't turn on

1979 Ford Granada 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car started up fine and when I put on the lights the lights went on in the panel. On the outside the parking lights went on, but the headlights did not turn on. I'm not sure what's wrong with the headlights, could it be the switch or a fuse or something else?

Could be the headlight switch or the dimmer switch
