2008 Ford Fusion jerking/chugging when stopped

My Fusion has started chugging a bit when I stop at a stop light. I just had it checked over yesterday and paid $69 to hear that it was ok, and then drove it back home in a different town. It drives fine but for the chugging/jerking. Any ideas?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Has the check engine light come on?
