2008 Ford Fusion Heater blowing cool at stops

Heater problem
2008 Ford Fusion Automatic

My daughter's Fusion heats up until she stops at a stop light, then it turns cold.
The Ford company is working on it tomorrow. I don't want them tearing the dash apart as from experience, ithe dash will end up loose or they will break something. Any suggestions???

suspect low water pump pressure or a blockage in the cooloing sytem !
