Had a very slight bump from behind on the highway at 60 MPH. It put me into a 360 spin for over 2 times and ended up going backwords at about 50 mph and I applied brakes to turn me around the right way and came to a stop with any damage except now nothing at all works. I mean nothing, What do I do

You need to start at the power source. Check to make sure nothing was disconnected or damaged at the battery. Also, check the fuses under the hood to make sure you didn't pop one of the main fuses.

Let me know.
