2006 Ford Fusion two warning lights on, emission system and

the car seems to run fine. I took it to Auto Zone and they thought it was a fuse problem. I don't want to rip out all the fuses to find the blown one, or do I have an emission problem?

If the emissions light is on, it isn't related to a fuse. What code did they find when it was scanned?
