just replaced front brake pads on my car and the car was fine for about 15 miles and now I have a hard pedal. I looked at the brake booster to see if it had a leak and it was fine with enough vacuum, but still have a problem with a hard pedal. I checked the front calipers and they slide. Need some help.

Did you check the booster with a vacuum gauge to see if it holds vacuum?
