2006 Ford Fusion car shutter while going down the highway

My car starts to shutter when I hit about 55-65 mph.
I never noticed it i got new tires about 4-3 months ago. Then i had to replace one due to tires damage and then I notice the shutter. I have checked my tire pressure and they seem fine.

Did it start after the tire was replaced? Have you checked to make sure there are no shifted belts or bent rims? Where do you feel the vibration the most, in the steering or the seat?
