2005 Ford Freestar Brakes

Brakes problem
2005 Ford Freestar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 81000K miles

I have replaced the master cylinder but when I keep constant pressure on the brake pedal it gradually touches the floor.
Appreciate any help with this.

was it doing this prior to master cylinder replacement?

Yes it was.That is reason I changed the master cylinder

check for a vacuum leak at the brake booster. the booster itself will need tested to.
