2004 Ford Freestar codes from code reader

I have a scan tool model U480 and have two codes 2195 and 2197. In my scaner manual the code only goes up to 999 where do I find the codes for this tool beyond what is in the manual.

Where can I get a list of the ford codes for the 2004 ford freestar. I do thank you for your help, sorry I can not give money for the help but I am a disabled veterans and the federal government does pay very very poorly to the vets.
