Fuse board troubles

I have the car listed above, 1.6 diesel. Some of the components don't work. checked the fuses all good, except electric windows, mirrors, reverse lights, fog lights and washers have stopped working. checked all fuses and all good.
Even the main fuses under the bonnet are good. I am confused over this. Please help. UK model..

This is common when the smart junction box goes out, it supplies power to the accessories that are not working. To confirm the issues, use a test light to see if the fuses are getting power. This guide can help:

When looking at the diagrams above it says you need to reprogram it.
