2006 Ford Focus Door Lock

I am having problems with my rear driver side door lock. It does not lock using the remote (all the other doors do) and it will not allow me to manually push the button down to lock the door either. Not sure at what point it quit locking, but just found it out this morning.

It is most likely a frozen door lock actuator, they run about 100.00 at Ford, plus the installation charge.
