Hey guys I need some help, and I’m not much of a car guy, (past routine mant)

I have a 2005 ford focus z3 2.0L 147000 miles.
Two weeks ago, the car started idling rough… it gets progressively worse as it idles longer or is driven longer. It drives fine going down the road. It will sometime still coming to a stop, or when turning (if your not accelerating into the turn) not every time but but a lot of times. The check engine light is also on. I took it to auto zone to have it scanned code P0171 too lean bank 1 probable causes MAF, O2, ignition failure, Fuel injection problem. This bad timing as my 2nd car just lost it tranny (2001 245000miles).

So things I’ve done
checked for Vac leak by spraying Carb cleaner on the hoses and tried to get under the heat sheild to spray exh manifold.
Checked the air filter
Ran a can of seafoam though it.
Replaced the MAF sensor
Replaced oxygen sensor before the cat

It has plugs that are less than ½ way through their life. Now here is the thing I have had a ignition coil (for the plug style) pack that has had a broken mount since about 100000 miles. I was told that it would be fine, and the other night after changing the O2 sensor, we wiggled it a little and the car idled up, after that one time we couldn’t get it to do it again… so coincidence or cause? I have new plugs and a 1 coil (for the plug style)pack ordered.

and there seemed to be a lot of changes in 05 (at least from what I can tell from the Haynes book).

Thanks for the help do not want to keep throwing money in to guesses. So any opinions and or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1.Vacuum leaks
2.EGR and PCV valve.
3.Low fuel pressure.
4.Dirty fuel injectors.
5.Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6.Oxygen Sensor.
