2005 Ford Focus No lights on Dash!

I have a 2005 ford focus and I work up to NO lights on my dash. Im unable to tell how fast im driving, or how much gas is in my car. theres nothing. My heat works when it wants to work. It has a mind of its own and will turn on when it wants to. I had a friend come over and run a test device and this number came up PO462. Im not sure what that means. Can someone give me some possable Ideas on what this is? I want to be able to tell the tec that i think i know what im talking about. Thanks so much for your time!
