my daughter was driving my car when the clutch peddle want go all the way down

Hi there, you will need to establish if this is a mechanical problem with in the clutch or with the hydraulics and the master cylinder, i would open the bleeder and see if the pedal will travel to the floor with out any hard or tight spots, do this and report you findings.

thats the problem it want go to the floor it stops half way down. it gets hard at the end.

You mean the slave cylinder, that is the cylinder on the transmission end of the clutch hydraulic system that actuates the clutch mechanism.
