Do the following:
-check your fuel pressure
-clean your MAF sensor
-check for vacuum leaks
Start with the MAF sensor: buy some MAF sensor cleaner (3 buck).
Remove the air duct, and spray some cleaner on the sensor. Let it soak for a few minutes, then spray some cleaner again. Don't touch the sensor; just spray it.
A lot of time, cleaning this sensor fixes this type of problem.
