2003 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2003 ford focus, lights and bells go crazy without the keys in the ignition and when trying to start the vehicle does nothing, have checked the starter alternator and changed ignition switch what else could be the problem

What light goes crazy? dash light? interior light? headlight?
What bells? Sound like seat belt bell?
and when and how this problem did started?
