Interior problem

My passenger side rear window is off the track. I don't ave the $$ to bring it in for repair. Could no doubt fix it myself if I could get the panel off. Do you know how to get the panel off? And the stuff under the panel, so I can get in there and reposition the window? Probably take less than 1/2 an hour to do the whole gig. I just haven't been able to get past the screws that hold the panel on.
