Suspension problem
2002 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i am trying to get my front strut off and i cant get the pinch bolt out i tryed a air pach wrench but it didnt work is there a trick that will work to get it out

the pinch bolt its just supposed to loosen up - unpinch the strut.

its not supposed to come out, if you want it out youll have to pound it out witha hammer.

cant loosen the nut up? or is the nut off just the pinch isnt loosening up?

there is no nut just a bolt

if all else fails try a spot of heat, dont heat the steering knuckles too much oryoull damage um.

when reattaching be sure not to overtorque it or youll bend the steering knuckle
