2002 Ford Focus how to change rear brake pads

i have bought caliper piston adjuster tool but still cant get piston to go back what am I doing wrong

There is nothing secretive or hard about using the piston tool. Unless there is something faulty/defective with the caliper assembly. Try this. Slightly loosen the bleeder valve, and try twisting the piston again. If that still doesn't work, you may need to replace that caliper.
