2002 Ford Focus have 2 obd codes. 1-p0191 &p2196

can't seem to figure out the problem, we change fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator. start the car, it idles okay, but when you step on the gas, the car bogs. can you help?

P0191 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

P2196 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich

Change the O2 Sensor and see what happens. With it being stuck rich it is telling the computer the engine need more gas and is pumping to much into the cylinders.
