2001 Ford Focus water in boot

2001 Ford Focus Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have an intake of water in the boot of my 51 plate 1.8 diesel. I have lifted the rear carpet and it is soaking wet, but i can't seem to find where the water is coming from....any ideas??

check the rubber seals around the hatch door and around the light clusters ..
