2001 Ford Focus Temp. Gage says warm but no heat

When I start my car my temp Gage in the car warms up faster than usual but when I turn on my heat there is no heat what could the problem be?

Check the heater core if its clogged-up and the heater control valve if both okay could be a problem with an air mix/blend/mode doors, vacuum and actuators to include the HVAC control module.
