2001 Ford Focus tail light

How do I replace the single light for this car.
I have removed two screws holding the cover-yet something is still holding it. Owners Manual says to remove wing nut in the luggage area- can not see it.

You may have to remove a cover to get to it. The wingnuts can be hard to find, but they are there.
