2001 Ford Focus heator core

This will be the 3rd heator core that will be installed in this vehicle. They only seam to last a little over a year. They have been replaced by the dealer. Any help for why this is happening will be appriciated.

The dealer keeps installing the heater core incorrectly causing the failure.
