2001 Ford Focus Battery problems

my car has had to be jumped about 4 times this month and when tested it was good but I was given cleaner because of all the corrosion by the connectors. i did this twice and it started after being jumped, but now wont start even after being jumped. What is wrong with it?

If it is the original battery, I would go ahead and replace it. Batteries’ life expectancy is usually between 3 to 5 years.
