I have never seen this done, but I feel that some of the basic changes are engine loom, ECU change, (now I don't know if the main harness will be compatible or not) exhaust, radiator, engine mounts (i think) air cleaner box, throttle cable, possibly all the hoses, the trouble with doing any conversion, there are always little things that you do not expect and they crop up as the refit progresses, I would look around a fer of the car club forums as well and see if there are any conversions on these sites, they often have lots of info on these things.
