How to replace water pump?

This is what I was able to find for you. Let me know if it helps. NOTE: It identifies the process for different engines. Select the correct one.

2.0L (VIN 3) Engines

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
Drain the cooling system.
Remove or disconnect the following:

Negative battery cable Accessory drive belt Water pump pulley Front cover Timing belt Timing belt tensioner Water pump

To install:

Install or connect the following:

Water pump. Tighten the bolts to 13 ft. Lbs. (18 Nm). Timing belt tensioner Timing belt Front cover Water pump pulley Accessory drive belt Negative battery cable

Fill the cooling system.
Start the engine and check for leaks.

2.0L (VIN N) Engine And 2.3L (VIN Z) Engine

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
Drain the cooling system.
Remove or disconnect the following:

Negative battery cable Accessory drive belt Water pump pulley Water pump mounting bolts Water pump

To install:

Install or connect the following:

Water pump with new O-ring. Tighten the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm). Water pump pulley. Tighten the bolts to 18 ft. Lbs. (25 Nm). Accessory drive belt Negative battery cable

Fill the cooling system to the correct level.
Start the engine and check for leaks.

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
Drain the cooling system.
Remove or disconnect the following:

Negative battery cable Accessory drive belt Water pump pulley Water pump mounting bolts Water pump

To install:

Install or connect the following:

Water pump with new O-ring. Tighten the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm). Water pump pulley. Tighten the bolts to 18 ft. Lbs. (25 Nm). Accessory drive belt Negative battery cable

Fill the cooling system to the correct level.
Start the engine and check for leaks.

Drain the cooling system.
Remove or disconnect the following:

Negative battery cable Accessory drive belt Front cover Timing belt Timing belt tensioner Water pump

To install:

Install or connect the following:

Water pump. Tighten the bolts to 18 ft. Lbs. (25 Nm). Timing belt tensioner Timing belt Accessory drive belt Negative battery cable

Fill the cooling system.
Start the engine and check for leaks.
