All my turn signals work inside and out. My problem is that when you turn them on you don't hear any clicking sound. Like I said all my lights blink just no sound. How can I fix this and where is the part I need to replace or fix located?

Need to replace the flasher. The flasher is under the dash on the drivers side close to the steering column.
