Just wondering why my cars heater would only work on 3 of 4 speeds? It worked fine not that long ago, now the maximum speed will not work

2000 Ford Focus Heater only works on 3 speeds

Your blower motor switch is most likely at fault. Turn blower switch to the high speed position. Measure the resistance of switch. If resistance is 5 ohms or less replace blower resistor, if more than 5 ohms replace switch.
