2000 Ford Focus cooling fans

when do the radiator fans surpose to come on? if the fans dont come on what could be the problem?

Usually they will kick into low speed around 190F. Try turning the A/C on..this will automatically kick the fans on. If it doesn't then inspect your cooling fan relays and check for power at the fan motors.
