2000 Ford Focus AC clutch clicks but doesn't turn

The AC isn't cold. I can hear the clutch relay or solenoid clicking but it doesn't spin the cutch. Is the clutch assembly bad?

HI there,

Unplug the clutch wire and check for 12V at the A/C on, if it has 12V the clutch will be faulty.
